Alokozay Coupons, Promo Codes & Discounts

Alokozay is a Dubai-headquartered fast-moving consumer goods group. Most people in the Gulf know it for one thing, which is tea, but the group manufactures and distributes across a much wider set of categories: beverages, tissues and paper products, biscuits and snacks, and household consumables.

The business grew out of a family trading operation and built manufacturing capacity rather than just importing, which is unusual for a regional FMCG name. That is why Alokozay products sit at a price point below the international brands on the same supermarket shelf.

Tea is the anchor. Alokozay black tea in loose and bagged form is a staple across the UAE and much of the wider region, and the brand has become a fixture of the category the way PG Tips is in Britain.

This is a category where a discount code behaves differently to fashion or electronics. You are buying consumables you will buy again next month, so the useful question is not whether 10 percent is a lot but whether the unit price beats the supermarket after the code.

The current code on qponi takes 10 percent off with a maximum discount of AED 20, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The cap is the number that matters here.

Alokozay also supplies the hospitality and catering trade across the region, which is why the larger pack sizes exist alongside the retail ones. Those bulk formats are usually the better buy for a household that gets through tea or tissues at any volume.

How to use a coupon

1. Copy the Alokozay code from this page. It covers the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

2. Open the store using the link on qponi.com so the code is attributed to your visit.

3. Add your tea, beverages or household items to the cart.

4. Enter the code in the promo field at checkout.

5. Check the discount against the cap. Ten percent applies up to a maximum of AED 20 off.

Tips to save more

• The cap pays out fully at AED 200. Ten percent limited to AED 20 means an order above 200 dirhams earns nothing extra. Build the basket to roughly that size rather than one large one.

• Compare the per-unit price against the supermarket, not the sticker. Consumables are cheap per item and the real question is cost per hundred tea bags or per box of tissues.

• Buy tea in the large catering sizes. The 500g and larger packs cost far less per gram than the small retail boxes, and tea keeps well in a sealed tin.

• Check the delivery threshold before applying the code. On a small order a delivery fee can wipe out the entire AED 20 saving.

• Store tea away from spices and coffee. It absorbs surrounding smells quickly, which is the most common reason a good tea tastes flat at home.

• Split a bulk stock-up into two orders if the code allows repeat use. Two AED 200 baskets collect twice what one AED 400 basket does.
