Ferns N Petals - FNP Coupons, Promo Codes & Discounts

Ferns N Petals is a gifting company. Flowers, cakes, personalised gifts, hampers and plants, with same-day and often same-hour delivery across the cities it serves. It started in India and expanded into the Gulf, where it now runs UAE, Saudi and Qatari operations.

Gifting is a timing business more than a product business. The flowers matter, but what people are actually buying is the certainty that something arrives on the right day at the right address, which is why the delivery slot options are as prominent as the catalogue.

The range splits into two halves. Fresh items, meaning flowers and cakes, which have to be made and delivered locally on the day. And non-perishable gifts, meaning hampers, personalised items and plants, which have longer lead times but more variety.

Occasion pricing is real in this category. The same bouquet costs noticeably more on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day than it does the week before, because demand triples and the supply of good stems does not. Ordering early is the only reliable way around it.

The current code on qponi gives 12 percent off across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, which is generous for a gifting site.

Add-ons are where the ticket price grows. A bouquet becomes a bouquet with a cake, then a bouquet with a cake and a soft toy, and the total is double what you set out to spend. The upside is that the code applies to the whole order, so a 12 percent discount on a bundled gift is worth considerably more than on the flowers alone.

How to use a coupon

1. Copy the Ferns N Petals code from this page and check your country. It covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

2. Open the store through the link on qponi.com so the code registers against your session.

3. Choose your gift, delivery city and slot.

4. Enter the code in the promo field at checkout.

5. Check the 12 percent came off before you confirm the order.

Tips to save more

• Order occasion gifts a week early. Prices on flowers rise sharply around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and the code comes off a higher base if you wait.

• Check the delivery city list before you fall in love with a bouquet. Fresh items are made locally, so the range differs between Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.

• Add the message card at the point of ordering. Adding it afterwards usually means contacting support, and the gift may already be in transit.

• Cakes need a confirmed recipient. Unlike flowers, a cake left with a concierge in a UAE summer is a problem within the hour.

• Twelve percent is high for this category, so use it on the hamper rather than the single bouquet. The bigger the order, the more the code is doing.

• Double-check the address and the phone number. Failed gift deliveries are almost always a wrong apartment number or an unreachable recipient rather than a courier problem.

• Bundle the gift rather than sending two orders. One order with flowers and a cake costs less in delivery than two separate ones, and the 12 percent applies across the whole thing.
