Level Shoes Coupons, Promo Codes & Discounts

About Level Shoes

Level Shoes opened in The Dubai Mall in October 2012 across 96,000 square feet, which made it the largest store in the world dedicated entirely to footwear. Chalhoub Group built it, and Rania Masri led the concept from idea to opening. The scale was the headline at the time, but the reason it worked was the curation: designer boutiques, multi-brand pavilions and emerging labels in one place rather than scattered across a mall.

The range now runs past 350 brands for women, men and children, from Louboutin, Dior, Valentino Garavani and The Row through to New Balance, On and Axel Arigato. The store keeps 23 designer boutiques and several multi-brand areas under one roof, alongside a personalisation hub where you can customise a pair or build a limited edition.

The services are the part people underrate. A high-end cobbler, shoe stylists, a bridal suite and a foot spa operate inside the store. If you spend real money on shoes, having somewhere to get them resoled properly matters more than the discount on the next pair.

Level Shoes has grown well beyond Dubai. It launched a dedicated US e-commerce platform backed by a Florida logistics centre in 2025, with a Miami flagship planned for Bal Harbour Shops by late 2027. The US is already among its largest markets by spend.

The current code takes 10 percent off, and there is one restriction that matters. It applies to own bought products only, meaning stock Level Shoes buys and owns rather than concession inventory the brands hold themselves. Several of the biggest designer names inside the store operate as concessions.

How to use a coupon

1. Copy the Level Shoes code from this page. The network did not attach a country restriction to it.

2. Open the store using our link so the code registers against your session.

3. Add your items. The code applies to own bought stock, so it will not work on every brand in the store.

4. Enter the code in the promo field at checkout.

5. Check the 10 percent came off. If it fails, remove items one at a time to find the concession brand causing it.

Tips to save more

• Own bought is the phrase that decides whether this works. Concession brands run their own pricing inside Level Shoes and are excluded. If the code fails on a full basket, that is almost always why.

• Test the code before you fill the basket. Add one item, try the code, then build the order around what it accepts. Far faster than removing items one by one at the end.

• Sneakers are more likely to qualify than the heritage houses. The big designer names are the ones most likely to be running concessions.

• Use the cobbler rather than replacing a pair. Resoling a good shoe costs a fraction of buying again, and Level Shoes runs the service in store.

• Buy bridal early and use the fitting suite. Wedding shoes need breaking in and dyeing to match takes time. Leaving it to the last fortnight removes both options.

• Sale season is where the discount stacks up. Luxury footwear markdowns in January and July go far deeper than 10 percent, and the code is worth saving for the full-price pair you actually wanted.
