About VogaCloset
VogaCloset is a UK based online fashion store built specifically for the Middle East and North Africa. It sells European high street and mid market brands in womenswear, menswear and kids, and it prices and ships to the region rather than treating Gulf customers as an afterthought on a British site. The site runs in English and Arabic with separate storefronts for each country.
The appeal is access. Labels that have no store presence in Dubai or Riyadh appear here in local currency with regional payment methods, including cash on delivery. Occasionwear and party dresses are the strongest categories, which is why traffic climbs around Eid, wedding season and New Year. The catalogue turns over quickly, so a dress you saved is worth buying rather than watching.
Orders ship from the United Kingdom by express courier and typically take around four to seven working days to reach Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Delivery is free once the order passes 315 AED in the UAE or 350 SAR in Saudi Arabia, and below those thresholds a flat shipping fee applies per order regardless of how many items are in it. A courier may ask for a copy of your identification to clear customs, which is normal for cross border orders into the Gulf.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, and the company does not do exchanges. Items must be unused with tags attached. Lingerie, swimwear, beauty products and pierced jewellery cannot be returned at all for hygiene reasons. Shipping fees and any customs duties are not refunded, since those go to the courier and the government rather than the retailer. Refunds are processed once the item is inspected at the warehouse, which takes a week or two from the day you send it back.
How to use a VogaCloset coupon
This is a cross border order, so the code, the shipping fee and the duty all belong in the same calculation.
Check qponi for a current VogaCloset code and note the minimum spend.
Copy the code.
Add your items, reading each brand size chart since the labels come from different European markets.
Open the checkout and apply the code in the promo field.
Look at the shipping line and whether you have cleared the free delivery threshold.
Confirm the total and pay.
People treat the flat shipping fee as unavoidable and then order twice in a month, paying it both times. It is charged per order rather than per item, so two separate baskets cost double what one combined basket would. Work out what you want across the next few weeks and send it as a single order that clears the free delivery threshold. The related trap is cash on delivery. It is convenient, but refunds on cash orders come back as store credit rather than to your bank, so if there is any chance you will return something, paying by card keeps your options open.
Tips to save more
Combine orders into one
Shipping is charged per order, not per item, so batching your buying rather than ordering as you browse is the simplest saving available on this site.
Clear the free delivery line
Free delivery starts at 315 AED in the UAE and 350 SAR in Saudi Arabia. If you are close, adding a basic you would buy anyway costs less than the shipping fee you are about to pay.
Pay by card if a return is possible
Cash on delivery refunds are issued as store credit. Card payments are refunded to the card, which matters on occasionwear you have only seen in photographs. It also makes the refund faster to trace if something goes missing.
Read each brand size chart
The catalogue pulls from several European markets, so UK, French and Italian sizing all appear. One garment being a size 12 tells you very little until you check the measurements behind it.
Buy occasionwear early
Delivery takes several working days from the United Kingdom and returns take longer still. Ordering a dress a fortnight before the event leaves room to send it back and try again.
Lingerie, swimwear, beauty and pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
Customs duties and shipping fees are not part of any refund.
Keep tags attached and the packaging intact until you decide.
Have your qponi code copied before you start the checkout.
FAQ
1. Where does VogaCloset ship from?
From the United Kingdom by express courier. Delivery to Saudi Arabia and the wider region usually takes around four to seven working days.
2. When is delivery free?
Above 315 AED in the UAE and above 350 SAR in Saudi Arabia. Below those figures a flat fee applies to the order as a whole.
3. Can I exchange an item for another size?
No. The site does not run exchanges. You return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. That is another reason to order early when something is needed for a specific date.
4. What cannot be returned?
Lingerie, swimwear, beauty products and pierced jewellery such as earrings, all for health and hygiene reasons. Everything else must be unused with tags attached.
5. Are customs duties refunded on a return?
No. Duties and clearance fees are paid to third parties rather than to the retailer, so they sit outside the refund. Check the code terms on qponi before ordering.
